Tomlee L. Abraham
North New Jersey & Manhattan, NY Specialist
Tomlee Lahayil Abraham, named after his parents, Thomas and Leela, discovered tap dancing during the summer before fourth grade. While reading the newspaper, he came across an advertisement for a local dance studio. Excited, he asked his father if he could take lessons, and before long, his dance journey began!
Currently, Tomlee supports Mary Six Rupert’s in-person and online tap classes at NYC’s Bridge for Dance as an assistant and substitute teacher. Additionally, as part of the not-for-profit organization Tap: On Tap—an inclusive, all-abilities tap ensemble—he finds fulfillment in his roles as both company manager and dancer, helping to make tap dancing accessible for all.

Having danced for over three decades, Tomlee’s passion for tap has only grown. Halfway through his journey, he invested in his first pair of Miller & Ben Triple Threats, a purchase that transformed his dancing experience. Now, his feet are happiest when wearing Miller & Ben tap shoes. Tomlee is eager to help you find your own joy with Miller & Ben shoes through personalized conversations and in-person fittings in North New Jersey and Manhattan. Feel free to reach out anytime!
